Washingtonia Filifera (California Fan Palm Tree) This tree is the only palm native to the Western United States and the country's largest native palm. Filiferas are slightly hardier than Robustas and will survive outside in the UK, as long as they are kept in a warm, sheltered spot. Keep in full sun. Hardy to approx. -6°c. Keep regularly watered but well drained, don’t overwater.
